Ms. Lim is Founder and Principal of Limitless Energy Advisors where she provides strategic advice with respect to acquisition transactions, offtake strategy and financing transactions.  With over 18 years of experience in structured finance, project finance, acquisitions, corporate strategy, renewable energy finance and renewable energy transactions, her primary focus is advising on business strategy and managing and leading transaction execution and negotiation in connection with a variety of transactions, including acquisitions, corporate and project finance and renewable energy transactions. 

 

Prior to forming Limitless Energy, Ms. Lim was Managing Director at TerraForm where she led the $2 billion acquisition of approximately 1GW of operating wind projects from Invenergy.  Ms. Lim was also previously a partner in Chadbourne and Parke’s Project Finance Group based in LA where she was responsible for re-building the firm’s Project Finance practice on the west coast and led several large renewable energy transactions consisting of project acquisitions and related acquisition financings; construction and backlevered debt financings, holdco and mezzanine debt transactions, tax equity financings and energy hedge transactions.  Prior to Chadbourne, Ms. Lim was General Counsel of Element Power and General Counsel of First Wind.
